For various examinations, you may be required to fast, have a full bladder or stop taking particular medications. General examination preparation can be found here. MRI – Please note that it is not suitable to have an MRI with SCMI if you have a cardiac pacemaker, brain aneurysm clips or cochlear implant. Please let our staff know if you have any of the above when making your appointment.
